SIKH EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY (SES)

The college has privilege of being governed by Sikh educational society which works with the aim of disseminating education to build a committed dynamic society e and a self reliant strong Atam Nirbhar Bharat.

The society was founded at Lahore in 1937 and is running a number of institutions in Chandigarh and Punjab. Is comprises of eminent educationists and persons from all spheres of life as it's guides and custodians. Currently it is being managed by (). It is their patronage vision guidance and commitment to the society that the college is at its present top and aims still higher.


At present the Sikh Educational Society, Chandigarh is managing the following institutions of learning:

1. Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Pharmacy, Sector 26, Chandigarh.  
2. Sri Guru Gobind Singh College, Sector 26, Chandigarh.  
3. Guru Gobind Singh College for Women, Sector 26, Chandigarh.  
4. Sikh National College, Banga (with School attached), Distt. Nawanshahar, Punjab.  
5. Sikh National College, Qadian (with School attached), Distt. Gurdaspur, Punjab.  
6. Sri Guru Gobind Singh Collegiate Public School, Sector 26, Chandigarh.  
 

All these are prominent institutions in their respective areas and enjoy creditable recognition for their academic, sports and extra-curricular activities. About 7000 students are studying in these institutions and over 400 staff members are on their rolls. Currently the following are the office bearers.
